Pharmacy Dispenser
Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Orpington, Kent
Salary: £13.10 per hour
Hours: 40 per week, Flexible to work between the hours 8am-10pm and available to work weekends

Responsibilities:
- Accurately dispense medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Assist in the preparation and administration of medications, providing guidance and support to patients regarding their prescriptions.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medication history and any relevant health information.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient care and medication management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any queries or concerns from patients regarding their medications.
- Ensure the pharmacy is well-stocked, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry standards and practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a pharmacy dispenser is essential.
- NVQ Level 2 required
- Able to administer Flu and Covid Vaccinations
- Demonstrated knowledge of medication administration and patient care practices.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in pharmacy practice.
